Regal Oaks is a hidden gem for location and our proximity to Walt Disney World. Only 2.5 miles outside the gates of Disney, 1.5 blocks to HWY 192 and all the shops/restaurants the area has to offer, families are sure to enjoy their time. We are ideally located right next door to the world famous “Old Town” and Kissimmee’s Fun Spot for the days that you just want to stay close to home, yet have a light day of activities for the family.

If you have more than six guests, the queen-size sleeper sofa in the living room is an additional sleeping option.

The bathrooms are outfitted with fresh towels and a starter supply of basic toiletries in case you forgot to pack anything. An additional half-bath is on the main level not far from the lounge.

The Regal Oaks Clubhouse (only a two min walk from the home) is the hub of the resort and includes features for adults and children alike. Enjoy the use of the fitness center and outdoor sports courts, or grab a bite to eat at the restaurant, and play a game or two in the two game rooms. Please check for the availability and operating hours as these are subject to change throughout the year.

Guests will have full private access to the entire home during their stay, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, living areas, and any private outdoor spaces.

For the theme parks and other Orlando attractions, having a car is recommended. Approximate driving times are:

• FOOD:
As per Florida law, we are not allowed to leave open food in the refrigerators or kitchen closets. Items like oil, vinegar, condiments, etc will not be provided prior to check in.

• TRASH DISPOSAL:
Please place trash in the house trash bin daily to keep our home clean. You may find it on the front porch. Only bagged trash is going to be picked up.
