Positive: The house is new and nice. Negative: Access to pool and exercise place are not very convenient.

I enjoyed the stay there in general. Thanks!! Positive: Spacious rooms good quality bed in the main room and cozy pool. Prompt response from the owner for notifying those needed correction. Negative: There were not many towels, dishes and bowls for 8 people. No big pot to cook. Several cups and glass with cracks/chips. The sofa was a little dirty. Little too far from universal but OK for Disney. Very small gym at the club house where quite far from the property to walk. If you are a regularly exercise person, I do not recommend this place.

Definitely recommendable. Positive: The property is new, clean, well equipped and well decorated. Communication with the administrator and the check in and check out process were completely uncomplicated. My family and I were very well and comfortably accommodated. Negative: The property is a little far from the parks and requires a slightly longer ride (especially to the Universal parks), but nothing that would detract from the property, and would prevent us from staying there next time.

Roomy townhouse. Can fit a large group comfortably if needed. This stay was just myself, Husband and our 21 year old daughter, but we do usually travel with more of so it would’ve worked great for that as well. Very clean and some cute touches. Nestled in a quiet neighborhood. We took a walk to one of the pools and club house area. Gym is really small but just go take a run outside instead. Host is very nice and responds quickly if any questions is asked.
